My Journey

Don't waste your time with this law firm, Leanna asked multiple questions regarding my insurance coverages and claims during the call, plus requested to see a copy of my insurance card, she asked me to text all documents so they can review them. After 30 minutes on the phone, I was placed on hold and the call ended, I called back multiple times but it was impossible to reconnect with her, she called and texted me a couple times, we played phone tag for a couple days but I ended up hiring another attorney. Very unprofessional, they don't care about your time.

I don't know what I was thinking, of course you guys aren't going to accept a challenge and try help me. You guy are just going to take the easy money and who care about a homeless transgender women. The hospital, police and now attorney all would prefer I would have just died. Sorry this wasn't a easy money case but I need to get it to court, the driver admitted it was his fault and would be committing purely to say it wasn't. But again what credibility do I have. But I guess you'll never know as you stereotyped me like everyone else.

I thought it was it was not only odd but unprofessional as well to ask me to text message my legal documents especially since I had numerous pages so I asked for their email instead but they never responded back. I was supposed to receive a call from Aaron as well but he never bothered to call. I received a call a week later from someone I had not spoken to before who claimed he had the facts of my case but everything he said wrong yet still claimed they were "the best in the business" LOL
