The Wing Chun Dummy is a traditional training tool and the most popular type of wooden dummy used in martial arts. Also called Muk Yan Jong and Mu ren Zhuang, the dummy is used in Wing Chun to practice attack and defense, combinations, soft structure, and other concepts of Wing Chun. Other Chinese martial arts have also incorporated wooden dummies into their training methods, including Choy Lee Fut and Jeet Kune Do.

Wing Chun Dummies were traditionally made of wood, with the trunk of a tree for the body - and arms made from branches.

If you are training Wing Chun, you should know that having a Wing Chun dummy is very important because practicing this martial arts on your own training dummy or a "mook jong" is very difficult, it will definitely solve this problem and help very. Here are the three main reasons why you should have your own practice dummy!

1. Remote Training: You can practice your interval to know the distance between your hit and the opponent. Having the right distance is important because no matter how hard you can hit something, if you cannot reach your goal, it will be as if you had not hit anything at all.

2. Complete training: you can practice on the mook jong form, which is a more advanced form in this martial arts and is very beneficial and helps to go through the exercises, such as sensitivity training, frames and visualization. When I refer to visualization, I mean being able to imagine arms and legs as concrete extensions that you have to attack and defend yourself.

3. Be independent: and the most important reason for getting a training dummy is to train at any time and at your own time. It is difficult and very difficult to schedule a practice time with other students in your school because everyone is busy, but having a mook jong solves it because having one means you can always practice on your own and on your own time schedule.

If you have not yet learned the fictional form or found it useful, it is because you have not understood the principles behind each movement. Each section of the simulated form can be used when making chi sao! To understand it better, think about each movement and try to determine the reason why the attack or defense is carried out that way, and you need to create a better understanding in your mind.

I am a supporter of everything that concerns Kung Fu. Especially when it comes to discovering the different art forms in the real battle. I started watching these amazing kungfu videos months ago and I really broke down to fight. My skills have improved dramatically. The thing is, I started to get bored little by little. There is only so much you can do about hitting and kicking anything but air.

But look at this. I got into something absolutely amazing. It's called Wing Chun Dummy, and this thing is real. This is how everything works. Wing Chun Dummy is a wooden training doll designed to be used by martial artists to increase the power, strength and overall ability of any combat arena. If you think it is silly to fight a tree dummy, think again. If you think your hands and pimples are tough, brother, are you in trouble?

Basically, you simply take full advantage of this thing and act like it was an opponent. Pretty funny if you ask me. However, a solid tip: make sure you know how to hit this thing, because if you don't know what you're doing, it will hurt! Trust me, I learned very quickly how much damage you can do to yourself if you do not learn the proper way to hit a wooden plug. It's not that I can fight back, but still it's a piece of hard and compact wood that we're talking about here. Be careful Expect to bruise and even bleed your first workout. I'm not doing anything.

So I'm starting to hit this for a while and I'm watching the simulated training DVD at the same time and in a few days I'm starting to get stronger. My muscles felt harder, tighter and more able to receive punishment. I felt like I could face something! My resistance was incredible only after a few weeks. It was great. He had many years of war, namely bruises in the skins and elbows, but the increase in skill was worth it. The first time you kick this thing with all your might, you will scream like a little karate girl. Shinben has no meat. But it gets hard, fast. You can hit a lot harder than a human in practice. Imagine how much power you can generate on your back, shoulders and triceps ... scared stuff.

It was also a nice change of pace on the same old kung fu workout DVDs I've seen before. Don't get me wrong, these things are great and they took me to the place I am today. But after a while, it's good to go a little further and try new things. It worked for me. I began to hope to train more and more every day, even with some of the self-inflicted blows I took.

Another technique used in the doll is to hit your finger. This has always been one of my favorites. I remember watching a movie as a kid and this guy practiced sticking this wooden board over and over and eventually he could crush someone with them and crush his pipe. Now I don't go in to hurt anyone, but I've always wanted to have that kind of power at the tip of my fingers. Thanks to Wing Chun Dummy, I have it and more.
